Workout of the day May 7th

Let us never forget how important it is to maintain a strong positive mind

Especially with the immense ability thoughts have to be very

powerful to uplifting your spirit. Today I challenge you to

devote just 5 minutes solely to deep breathing, silence, and concentration.

Focus on each breath and inhale for 4 seconds and exhale for 4 seconds.

Allow your body to receive full oxygen into the deepest parts of your lungs.

Close your eyes or focus on an object nearby that brings you peace and visualize

the breaths being received and expelled by your body. Once you are done I

challenge you to write down any 3 positive things that happened to you today.

Lastly, remember that you are going to achieve your goals, you are working

hard everyday. I believe in you!
