Challenge yourself today
5 rounds of:
- Pushups (standard or knees down) until you cannot do any more
- Plank for as long as you can
- Jumping Jacks until you cannot do any more
- Rest between 45 seconds to 1 minute between rounds
The purpose of today’s workout is to get the heart going and the entire body moving to promote good health and a rush of endorphins that’ll make you feel good all over! And don’t forget you are only competing against yourself.
