The quickest way to change your body

At the start of this unpredictable quarantine I was looking for the best way to get leaner, change my muscle to fat ratio, and have more control of my body physically, and you can too with one simple trick:

CALISTHENICS!

According to Oxford dictionary, calisthenics consists of gymnastic exercises to achieve bodily fitness and grace of movement. They are highly accessible workouts as most do not need any equipment or special venue. My top 3 are: Pull-ups, Dips, and Planks.
