-1 tbsp chia seeds
-1 tbsp hemp seeds
-1 tbsp maca root powder (secret ingredient)
-2 tbsp peanut butter
-1/2 serving plant based protein powder
-Fully submerge ingredients in your favorite plant based milk!
-Blend for 30 seconds and Enjoy!
